Sarah caught the acting bug while she was in junior high school. Her passion for acting started when her drama teacher saw her running across his lawn in order to get to her the field hockey match at the right time. He advised her that she could leave the practice to join Richard III's acting troupe. Sarah's enthusiasm for performing inspired her to study the double degree of English and Theatre at Hamilton College. She spent her junior-year studying theater abroad in London as well as Oxford. Parents who were both skilled artists and teachers of English supported her passion to study the arts. The talent she had and the training she received paid off.
